The house is Energy Star Certified, is a Qualified Home in the EPA Indoor airPLUS Program, and has a HERS index score of 38 (lower scores represent higher efficiency, where 85 or lower qualifies an ENERGY STAR Home while 35 is the index ceiling for PassivHouse).
